How to make a memorable event

Our life is full of joyous occasions that we love to celebrate with all the family and friends, such as alliances, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and the like. In addition to marking a significant event in life, these events are a departure from routine, an opportunity to meet old acquaintances whom we have not met for a long time, to celebrate together and enjoy a good meal or a dance party.

But as time passes and event chases, they become blurred and become dim memories. That’s why many customers are about to produce an event and ask themselves, “How can we produce something unique, different, one that will not just be another standard event?”

Select location

First, pre-thinking and defining the goals of the event, the nature of the invitees, their estimated number and other aspects, such as budgetary considerations.

Thereafter, the location of the event should be chosen, taking into consideration several factors:

  • The nature of the place and the event: For this purpose, it is recommended to conduct visits to a number of potential places during the course of another event, in order to examine the functioning of the waiters, the quality of the food and the like.
  • List of invitees: A small event in which only family members and close friends participate. It is better to celebrate in smaller places; Alternatively, an event with hundreds of guests may feel strangled in a small hall however.
  • Geographical location: If most of the people invited to the event live in the center of the country, events at the center are better than forcing them to travel to the north or south of the country.

Keeping schedules

A well-planned schedule may reduce the stress and headaches that the event organizers may suffer as the time approaches. However, for maximum efficiency it must be ensured that not only is it precisely planned but also implemented in such a way.

The same is true of suppliers who are supposed to provide services at the event: No matter which parameters choose the photographer, DJ, operator or catering – it is important to ensure that they are coordinated in terms of schedules. If necessary, it is also recommended to link the suppliers themselves to the owners of the place where the event was celebrated.

Get out of the box

Events are usually organized in a regular order: a reception, a short ceremony or a banquet, serving dishes for guests, music and dancing. In fact, why not change? It is possible, for example, to serve the dishes first and only afterwards to hold the ceremony. You can also give a personal touch to the name of a hand-shaped name or a sweet table prepared by the celebratory’s best friend – and so forth. The more the event is “out of the box,” the more likely it will be etched in the guests’ memory.
